Master's Programs
The on-ground (in person) Master of Science in Nutrition/Dietetic Internship and Residency is an intensive curriculum lasting only 12 months and focusing on preparing students for clinical rotations in the field of dietetics. This program includes approximately 1000 hours of supervised clinical practice and is specifically designed for those students desiring to be a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist
The fully online Master of Science in Environmental Nutrition provides students with knowledge specific to the relationships between food, nutrition, and the environment. There is a focus on food sustainability, traditional food practices, and modern food concerns. Physical Education Teacher Education

The on-ground (in-person) Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Applied Biomechanics provides students with a research-intensive education focused on understanding the role of body mechanics and musculoskeletal structure in human movement. Through advanced coursework and mentored research experiences, students develop expertise in biomechanics while contributing to ongoing investigations within one or more faculty research laboratories. Admission occurs through two entry points: post-bachelor's or post-master's, with post-bachelor's students earning an MS in Exercise, Sport and Movement Sciences prior to advancing to doctoral coursework. The program prepares graduates to become independent researchers and leaders in academia, industry, clinical, and performance settings, with the knowledge and skills to advance the science and application of human movement through innovative research and interdisciplinary collaboration.
The on-ground (in-person) Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is a three-year, residential professional doctoral program that prepares students to become licensed physical therapists through a curriculum that combines foundational and clinical sciences, hands-on laboratory training, research methods and evidence-informed practice training, interprofessional education, and extensive clinical education. The program emphasizes developing movement experts who can provide patient-centered care across diverse practice settings, including orthopedics, sports medicine, neurology, pediatrics, and acute care, while also addressing healthcare needs in rural and underserved communities. This program includes 120 credit hours of combined classroom instruction, laboratory experiences, clinical education, research training, and collaborative learning opportunities with other healthcare professionals. This program is ideal for students who are passionate about helping individuals improve movement, function, and quality of life, and who aspire to pursue a career in healthcare as a licensed physical therapist serving diverse patient populations.

The fully online graduate certificate in Sport Nutrition and Dietary Supplementation is designed to provide students with content in the areas of nutrition and dietary supplementation, specific to athletic endeavors. The program is ideal for the working student who desires additional knowledge in the areas of sport nutrition and dietary supplementation, in particular for the registered dietitian/nutritionist, personal trainer, or strength coach who can benefit from additional knowledge and understanding in these areas.
