Academic Summary

Kendra Vanderlip (they | she) is a queer educator specializing in creative nonfiction and other forms of creative writing. Their work focuses on the implications of violence and how pop culture influences the normalizing of violence, as well as generational trauma, mental health, and gender studies. In the classroom, they focus on creating inclusive communities and demystifying academic spaces.
